Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order on or before the next business day after we receive your order. The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard order shipment is via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FEDEX ground service. Standard delivery packages should reach you within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Express Service 2 day delivery is available as well as overnight for next day delivery.
BUCK FIFTY SHIPPING and gift cards are sent by U.S. Postal Service and are not able to be tracked. BUCK FIFTY SHIPPING and gift cards are not available at this time, but are something we are working on for the near future.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation of your order and include a USPS, UPS or FEDEX tracking number. You can track the current status of your order by logging on to their website and entering your tracking number. BUCK FIFTY SHIPPING items and gift cards are not able to be tracked.

Return Policy
At Terra Potta, we stand behind all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason, you decide your order is not what you expected, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in the original condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be made VIA UPS, FEDEX Ground, or a shipment company that offers insurance and product tracking.
In the event that your item has any defects or damage when you receive it, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Call our toll free number at 866-928-2700 and we will be happy to assist you. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork.
